This is in great shape, no holes, zippers and snaps work perfectly, minimal staining inside, but it does have some staining on the outside that I haven't been able to get out from kids putting their feet on it in the car :(
No other issues. Comes with a like-new Skip Hop changing pad (not pictured - it's solid black). This bag is HUGE and fits everything you could want and more without looking bulky when you wear it. Great organization. Works really well for a car/emergency bag, or if you have twins, or just like lots of space. $25 shipped.
