I have a Kipling Alanna diaper bag in Toasty Gold. I bought it new about a year ago. There are two cosmetic issues, otherwise the bag is in great shape and comes with the crossbody strap and the unused changing pad. One of the great features of this bag are the attached stroller clips that tuck away inside the bottle pockets.
Cosmetic issues- gum got stuck to the bottom of the bag. I spot cleaned it but you can still see where it was if you look for it.
Also, some Red Hots got lost in the bottom of the bag and they left some red behind. I spot cleaned with OxyClean and most of the red is gone. The one stubborn area is the trim at treatment seams. This is INSIDE the bag at the corner seams, so not visible under normal use. Kipling bags are machine washable, but I only spot cleaned.
